I've had trouble at this location twice this week. At work we ordered food. When brining us the food they were rude. They didn't... say one word. Handed the food and left. When I got to work. They did not give up the condiments we asked for. No straws, wrongdrinks, no napkins, and they didn't give us what we asked for. We could not go back since we were on our lunch break at work. Wethought this was a one time thing, although it happened twice in a week. We won't be ordering from this location again. Read more
The Chick-fil-A located in Albuquerque New Mexico on Wyoming just south of menaul only gets a two star for this visit. We had... some problems with the service lack of attention to detail on condiments and silverware napkins and so forth. The service wasfast but the food lacked quality. It might have been enough week I will give them another try. Before I make my final decision.At this time however I don't recommend that location. Read more
This chick-fil-a was one of the worst ones I?ve ever been too. The manager was very unprofessional . She didn?t make me feel... welcome and when I told her one of my drinks was wrong she looked at me very rude and even hesitated to give me the drink. Whenshe finally did, she didn?t give me a new cup. She had filled the old one up even though it had the pulp from the previous drinkI didn?t order which made the drink taste gross and is also when I noticed. As a former employee at Chick-Fil-A, I 100% agree with the negative reviews. I am not trying to start something with this... location. I understand all of the complaints. Sometimes I remember how we would have to close down a lane and only use one lanefor orders. I did not enjoy that they would put us outside with no awning or fans. We were/are very understaffed and all of theold managers left or got fired. This location does get the shorter end of the stick though. The owner doesn't take care of thislocation as much as he does with the one on San Pedro. We constantly run out of condiments or menu items. I apologize on behalfof the other employees' attitudes. I do not recommend going here though. Sometimes they will only have one person outside takingorders for both lanes. I remember the headsets being broken to the point that we only had one left. So whoever was on theheadset had to take orders from both lanes. I hope management will figure their stuff out. Obviously, it's not working the waythey do it. I remember one of the employees asking to switch their schedule so that they can work in the morning and the bosstold them that "they aren't hiring for morning shifts". Which was a load of bull because I remember seeing so many shiftsavailable in the morning. They need to treat their employees with respect. Also, there were a lot of different health codeviolations when I was there. Anyways, just don't go there if you do not want to deal with: menu item shortages, long wait times,about 5 people on shift, 1-2 managers on duty, dirty tables, food that comes to you wrong. Read more
Our fries were super soggy and cold, my sandwich was barely even warm, bread was soggy and falling apart. We ate inside after... not doing so for a while and the service was pretty bad. I considered bringing it up to someone but there was such a huge waitand no employees were available, so I just ate the mediocre food and left. The only reason I didn?t leave one star was becausethe cashier was very friendly and treated us well. Not what I expected from Chick-fil-A, which usually doesn?t disappoint. Read more
1st waiting in a line for 20 minutes 2nd finally get my food (southwest salad) was given the wrong toppings, harvest nut... granola. 3rd finally sit down to eat, no silverware! And just to top it off A BUG IN MY FOOD. I will never return!!! Read more
Food is TOO expensive for the amount. Quality it good. The customer service seems to be better than any other fast food spot.... It's always packed until close time. Not my favorite. But go every now and then. Read more
