As a driver I was not acknowledged or asked if I needed any help for over 10 minutes - until the main manager asked me if I... needed any help. I let him know nobody has bothered with me, which in my opinion is very rude even though they saw I wasstanding their they looked at me as if I was a ghost or not worthy of attention. I noticed this particular location also lacksdiversity the staff appears to be all Caucasian only and I felt they were looking past me because I did not appear to look justlike them (which is a very bad look on the company - from a customer service standpoint and from a staffing standpoint). Once a beacon of good service has gone the way of the pandemic blues. The restaurant has definitely decided that the drive... through business is way more important than dine in. We waited 20 minutes to get helped and have food brought to our table in abag. Stations had limited supplies and place was chaotic. Service with a smile if your driving through, not so much if you goinside. What happened here ? Read more
Never ate here before (I don't typically eat fast food), but tried it today because my son got a job there and I wanted to try... it out. I got the spicy southwest salad with no cheese and added bacon and egg to make it a gluten-free and dairy-free dinner.The rest of my family got other kinds of food, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Everything was very good and quite high qualityfor a fast food place. I would definitely go here again in a pinch, especially over most other fast food places. Read more

Goodness, food is yummy, staff are friendly and it's close to home. I had a huge problem with the app, took my order, processed... my payment and then order disappeared ???? I went inside and worked with the very kind manager and was able to get it sortedout, I've never had any trouble w app in the past, so likely will uninstall and then reinstall, see if that helps..regardlessthe food hit the spot!!
