Chick-fil-A is excellent all around. I've enjoyed the experience each time. Everything is virtually perfect. Most fast food... places I visit forget items more times than not. Today your location omitted an item I ordered, but I didn't realize until I gothome. I still give 5 well deserved stars. I just wanted to send a reminder to double check in the future. ???? Food was great as always. Service was fast but helped they even cared to tell me were to park when I'm inside to help keep my... vehicle safe. Food is always fast and fresh. I prefer going inside to eat with my son,but when not able to drive thru if fast.Even though they always have lines here I'm there drive thru. They have multiple staff taking orders to help make it as fast aspossible. This is the only fast food place that hasn't messed up an order of mine or forgotten something and gave me a hardtime. I love this particular location. The inside is busy sometimes the tables are not always clean. My suggestion is to ask"nicely". The employees here are super friendly and helpful. There bathrooms when I come here are always clean, I highlyrecommend this location!! especially with my son this is his favorite place as well. Read more

Normally their food is pretty good and fresh, just be prepared for a very busy parking lot. Their indoor decor is very nice and... obviously custom. I love how they not only have a play place but also board games for families. My only complaint is that thestaff at this location can be kind of unprofessional in their conversations maybe forgetting the customers can hear them. Read more

Unfortunately the service has dropped here substantially since ownership change/covid. Last two times I've visited the dinning... room I've waited over 5 minutes in line as the first or second guest while a host of employees rushed around only handling drivethrough. I get that drive through is busy but it would be common courtesy to at least great me and acknowledge my presence. Ieat at chick fil a 3-4 times a week and these issues seem to be exclusive to your location. Read more

the last 2 visits my order was wrong. first was breakfast wrong sandwiches. I got some cheese bacon and egg. I ordered sausage... and eggs. this next time they completely forgot a salad. and their "bowl" of chicken soup is an afterthought. they are goingdownhill sorry to say. Read more

Very disappointing food and service . I came in this morning for a meal, and I wasn?t greeted in a kindly manner. I order my... food and after waiting just over 10 minutes I got my meal . Got in to my vehicle just to find this very disappointing sandwich,no dressings no vegetables , nothing. Just a bun and a peace of chicken I walked in to return this sad sandwich and they didn?toffer to make me a new one nor to give me a refund. I still havenot recieved a call back from Management regarding the Ketchup and Barbecue Sauce and stains from an over filled... bag. Dec 3 at 7pm I asked the staff to not fill the bag. I have also complained before about this to management months before.What do they do? over fill the bag , and all my food ended up on the floor. The girl witnessed the bag tear and I requested sheget a manager she went inside and didnt get a manager so I parked and went inside to get the Manager. I witness a guy thatworked there make fun of a customer and behold he was the assitant Manager this eveing Joshua.. He said he will have managementcall me regarding my order and a clean up for my sons vehicle. He said it was an old truck so he didnt care. Regardless if itwas my New vehicle or my sons classic oldie truck, you should have the courtesy to apologize at the very least refund my moneyand give me a car wash for the carpet. We actually put carpet in this truck a year ago. I have since called and leftanother Message for a manager and it seems there is no adult managers available. We are paying customers providing you theopportunity to stay open in this Pandemic and at the very least your service should be excellent. There was no shortage ofstaff as you know Chick Fil A is never understaffed. This evening their was alot of staff. Are you going to contact me to Cleanmy carpet and provide me the refund? Read more
