We tried a pound of the mix which included carnitas, buche, cuero and costilla. It was very tasty although the cueros were a... little too soft for our taste. These are definitely the best carnitas tacos you can find. My family makes some excellent carnitas but these definitely give... them a run for their money. A pound of carnitas is good for 3-4 people and it’s only $15, like there’s no better bang foryour buck than this. Their salsa is also KILLER.
