Bought a Western Bacon Cheeseburger to take home and compare to Wendy's Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. Carl Jr won hands down.... Larger portion for a slightly lower price and immensely better taste. Read more

This review is based on my last few times at this location. I thought I almost had to leave my food because I could not find my... wallet from when I stopped by the bank but i always have a couple 20s stashed in my phone but they dont take cash. I found mycard but im sure thats going to loose them customers alone. At this location I can't ever pull up and just get my food. They askme to park even for a double western meal. This time I did park right away because I had cars behind me but last time the persongot mad because I said I will if someone pulls up. They did not know how to take that and got argued with me. Back to thisencounter. Very nice girl but onion rings are burnt, having to wait everytime is a bummer and something tasted off in theburger. I buy from Renaissance often and the oriental lady Cindy I believe rocks. I rarely have to pull to the front. I hopethis location gets better sooner than later Read more

These burger's patties were tiny on the bun dry and not hot. To top it all off this is a cashless restaurant. I bought four... double cheeseburgers and so far are one, the one my boyfriend is eating has two hamburger patties but one of the patties is onlyhalf a patty. Read more

A pleasant person took and fulfilled my order order, offered me dipping sauce for my poppers, which I had forgotten to ask for,... brought my food to me, and the place was easy to get into and out of. I was hungry, and the food was hot and good. It doesn'tget any better than that Read more

I love the food, but the breakfast service is horrible, as is the attitude by many of the morning employees. I was a regular... there until they had a problem with their app, refused to give me my already made meal, manager would not even give me a way tocontact his superiors. I googled it, and the lady who called back was quite pleasant and apologetic. The front doors are oftenlocked, and even when open, I have seen several people come in, wait for some time and leave because no one comes to help them. I'm done with this location, but really disappointed. You would think when someone spends $150 or so a month at a fast foodrestaurant, they would be treated decent. Not so in my case. Keep going north on Eubank and go to McDonald's or whataburger. Read more

I mean it's Carl's Jr. It's not the best. It's not the worst. Although if you're doing anything low carb, this is one of the... best fast food restaurants for wrapping something up in lettuce. They keep it in a nice tight rap that you can eat on the go.Unlike other joints that just sort of put a piece of lettuce above and below it. Read more

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 burgers, a fry and a drink. When I got home, there was only 1 burger, 1 fry & 1... drink. My burger was uncooked. There was a lot of bad smelling sauce which made the bottom bun soggy. I called them to say Iwas missing a burger. The response was "do you wanna come back & get it". I only have an hour for lunch, so I declined. However I have to physically go back in to get a refund. Another waste of my time. There was also a long black hair on the sodaglass (all my family members are blonde). So I went back in, with the uncooked burger in hand. They saw me standing there.From where I was standing I could see the order screen for the drive through. There were no orders, no other customers in line. It took them almost 25 minutes to ask me what I needed. I did finally get a refund for the 2 burgers. It was the manager whoassisted me. It would have been nice to hear "sorry for that", "how can we make it right", anything sympathetic. TERRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD!!!!! Don't go here. Read more
