I popped into Carl's Jr. drive-through because it was handy and picked out the Super Star with cheese and was I ever pleasantly... surprised. This is a hefty brew pub quality burger that actually comes close to resembling its menu photo. Super goodcharbroiled flavor, fresh veggie fixings, amazing quality and value for $6 and change. Ordered a number 5 got home and it was the wrong burger. Took it back and should have checked the new one before leaving because... it was a number 5 but not made correctly. It was missing the onions which gives it a good flavor. And also was not fresh of thegrill as if the pattys sit there for a long time. Will not be returning at all. This location has gone way downhill. None of thefood is ever freshly made. Last 3 times my fries were warm at best and soggy. And one of the times the fries tasted like the oilhadn't been changed in a long time. Read more
Purchased 2 double cheeseburgers and a large French fry from Carl's junior located on Alameda at about 6:15 PM On August 11..... Burgers were cold bread was stale and hard French fries were cold . Normally we don't get this kind of food from Carl's juniormay take a break from there for a while. Read more
Carl's Jr is a great restaurant even though now in this town at least they don't take cash anymore you have to have a card... either a gift card debit card credit card some kind of you know electronic money anyway and that yeah they got good food prettyquick too nice friendly staff dislocation doesn't have that much parking or a really great drive-thru because it's kind of rightnext to a gas station it's pretty busy in there so yeah sometimes you have to park along the drive-thru while you wait for thefood sometimes better than that is great man great service get the famous star with cheese! I used to think it was weird that Carl?s junior would sell hamburgers with no bun. But about two years ago I was told to go off... wheat by my doctor. And it turned out that we was the problem! so now, I?m gluten-free. And I really appreciate a Carl?s Jr.burger wrapped in lettuce with no bun? I?ve even begun to like it. Like Yum! Was short-staffed so the inside was not open and vehicles kept leaving the drive thru line which was fine with me - I got my... food quicker. Myself and two other vehicles behind me were asked to wait in the parking area while our food was prepared. Itdidn't take too long. The server came out with all of our food at once and all of us were on our way. I ordered chicken stars,burger, and fries; all tasted like the typical Carl's Jr. food. Read more
What an unfortunate way to start the day.... 1st of all the lady at the drive-through should not have rushed me when there was... nobody else in line it was Not busy at all.... Nobody was behind me the entire time at the menu... And you guys really have tostop making people park by the Bush after placing your order.... Especially if there's nobody else at the store trying toorder... The fact that I have to wait for you to walk it out to me instead of handing it to me through a window... It'sunnecessary and time consuming... When she brought my food out to me I looked back to see if anybody was at the menu ordering orat the window which there wasnt..wasn't...
