***update 8/31/22, Location is inconsistent. This is the closest BK to me and usually like visiting on Whopper Wednesday. Two... weeks ago, they served impossible burger when whopper was ordered. Felt sick after eating. Ate last week and best whopperever, this week horrible. Today, it tasted like whopper and impossible smashed together. Now its all conjecture but could theybe trying to get rid of inventory my mixing impossible with whopper? Again, went with roommate and she got sick from our mealand I was disgusted by taste. How do you mess up cheeseburgers? A person orders ONE cheeseburger with pickles, ketchup, and mustard then says they would like... three cheeseburgers, NOT the same as the first. Just regular. So you THEN put in the order correctly but the cook does ALL FOURthe same? This is why there are restrictions on substance use around work! Read more
Came to lunch, needed the restroom and the manager said they don't have the key, they lost it. Worst experience ever, so I... wonder what employees do when they need it?? He (manager) was rude. now he tells another customer that it is out of order,waiting on someone to fix it, horrible customer service for a manager, I will never eat there again and I will tell my friendsNOT to go there!!!! I was disappointed at this Burger King location. Ordered a Whopper with cheese. It was obvious that the burger was not freshly... made. The meat was only lukewarm. Common BK! Don?t take shortcuts. The restaurant wasn?t even busy. Not recommended. Read more
Service was okay but the fries resembled a bundle of cold sticks. Time visited was about 5pm on a Wednesday and it wasn?t busy... at all. The cashier said the restrooms aren?t available for use to customers so if you?re planning on relaxing, grabbing a hotbite, and using the facilities I wouldn?t stop here. JS Read more
Went through the drive-thru to buy my food. I parked because I needed the bathroom. went inside and asked if they could open the... bathroom the man there told me that the bathroom is only for paying customers and was really rude. with a huge attitude hedecided to open up the bathroom and told me next time it's for paying customers only. This will be the only time I ever visitthis Burger King. The door lock to the stall in the bathroom is broken fix it ???? Read more
I came in a while ago try out the ever-so talked about Impossible Whopper. This BK location is still relatively new with only... having been under operation for less than a year (as of this time). As a result, it has a lot going for it: wide-open seating,plus a sleek and inviting atmosphere. As for the service, I waited no more than a minute from the time I placed my order to whenmy meal was delivered (definitely efficient). The Impossible Whopper was certainly interesting; it mimicked the flavor of beefrather well, but at the same time, still possessing a small enough distinction that differentiates from the actualthing. Overall, nothing too negative to say about this one. Just a new BK restaurant in the Duke City that seems to be runningrather well. Read more
