Except for the time they wouldn't let me order from the drive thru on my mini-bike, they have been cool
order just onion rings to go with my homemade burgers you could tell they refried them they were crunchy and not good at all
Stopped here for lunch and ordered the #2 Texas double Whopper meal large size with a spicy Ch'king sandwich to boot (yes, I was... hungry). The burger and chicken sandwich were well made, actually resembled the pictures. Fries were actually salted. Thedrink machine was adjusted well. The young lady behind the counter was training a new employee, both were very helpful andcourteous and were NOT slow in service. The dining area was clean and neat. A homeless man entered wanting to use therestroom. The situation was handled very well.....this is a rough part of town, so Bravo! Had stopped here a few months back. Had I done a review then, it would be a VERY different rating. I thanked the 2 servers for actually working and not stayinghome like a lot of slackers nowadays. Keep up the good work. Took eight minutes waiting time in the drive thru lane with only one car on front of me. The Afro-American worker at the window... claimed she was the manager and advised in was shift change that was the cause of the delay. She kept customers waiting for thefood order due to shift change. My food was cold. I advised I was going to complain and she said to go for it. So I am. Read more
This place employees are good. I order a hamburger for breakfast every now and then and they make it fast. I know this must be a... pain to do as they are set up for breakfast. Thank you so much for making my burger. As far as the management.... Well, they runout of everyday stuff like pickles for burger, and sausage for breakfast... Why? I'd like to ask the manager "what exactly areyou managing?" shouldn't be running out of product... Just saying. What if I approach the window, and said I ran out ofmoney....
