If you want to enter an establishment and be ignored, this is the place for you. Several employees noticed us standing at the... counter, wouldn't acknowledge our existence, no one came to the counter to ask us if we would like to order. Whoever the night crew was tonight did a good job. The burgers were made right, the wait time was a little high but the service... itself was good. The young guy who handed us our order was polite to us and the food was great. I liked the service overall. Read more
Completely messed up the order! Charged us for 3 fries but didn't get them. The cheeseburgers were wrong...ordered 3 plain with... only the meat, bun, and cheese. Ordered 1 whopper junior with cheese. All the cheeseburgers had pickles and ketchup. When Icalled to inform them of the issue the girl said come back and we'll fix it. I told her I'm already home. She said there isn'tanything I can do. I asked to speak to a manager and Derek the assistant manager told me when I get a chance to come back withthe receipt and he'll give me a refund. It truly bothers me that I have to go there twice. I wish employees would pay attentionand try to do a good job! Read more
This was my worst experience at a Burger King. The order taker had like attitude or something. Also, my order was done... completely wrong I ordered one big king with mayo mustard and extra pickles, and then I ordered one big king with just jalapenosadded. They managed to make two of the Mayo mustard pickle variants and no jalapenos on either of them. Also I requested ranchfor my son's four piece chicken nugget King Jr meal and they forgot the ranch, also there were no toys in the kids meals. BurgerKing's website does State there's a supposed to be a toy included in the King Jr's meal. I thought at Burger King I was supposedto have it my way, but this time they didn't give me anything I asked for. Read more
There was literally 1 car in front of us. They took so long. When it was our turn, they took even longer (about 17 minutes total... time waiting for 2 cars). When we got our food, the french fries were luke warm and so we're our burgers. Very disappointed?? But on the bright side. The order was all correct ???? Read more

Tried it once a while back ago when they introduced us with the chicken sandwich and haven't went back until today, now I... remember the reason I don't go to this location, it's obvious they don't know how to make the food, they make it worse notbetter? The chicken sandwich was disgusting, it wasn't cooked all the way and today we bought some burgers ask for no sauce theyall came with extra sauce, really gross, they just really have to do better.
