Things change so quickly. This became our favorite fast food burger place in Albuquerque earlier this year. The store was... always clean inside and out. The service was fast and accurate, and the food was fresh, and the staff very friendly andattentive. Then on our last trip, it's like a completely different store. The staff seemed like there were new, like first daynew. They also seemed distracted, but by what I don't know. It seemed like about every order while we were there came outwrong. The guy ahead of us had to take his food back twice because they did it wrong. Ours was wrong, and we heard peoplebehind us who had incorrect orders. If I could give negative stars, I would. The drive up server was incredibly rude. We waited in line for 15 minutes after... ordering. When they finally served is he three our bill at is and told us we should be patient or not to come back. Be sure, wewon't, so buyer beware!! Read more
Derrick's customer service skills are better suited to the MVD or Post Office than the food service industry. Rude, arrogant,... and self-important. He is the reason we'll never set foot in a Burger King again and go out of our way to cost this Burger Kingas many customers as we can.. Read more
I had first went to the Wyoming and Spain location and waited to be helped for 5 min and no one came on the intercom their were... employees there but no one helped another car left after me as well, I drove up here to this location and was helped right awaywhen I pulled up the lady was so pleasant my food was fresh, I?m glad I gave my purchase to this location. Often using coupons in a drive through is painful. Not here! Despite our complex order (two separate transactions, each using a... coupon) the staff handled it very quickly, confidently, and easily. Unfortunately the food is still burger King, which is whythis review wasn't 5 stars. Read more
Morning staff is amazing, This is a professional burger king. Its not the fastest drive thru. The people are super kind and if... their is an issue with the order their is never a huff or puff, its whatever they need to do to make the customer happy. Thesandwiches are not flopped together, they are always neat and actually resemble the pictures of what you order. Cheap eats saves us some money. I?m glad Burger King still has decent food. Customer service is always great here.
