I never could understand why their food is always so inconsistent. Their fries are always dry.
If this is the store at Golf Course & Ellison in Albuquerque; it's awful. They care more about speed than a correct... order!!!!!!!! Didn't give me what I ordered & when I drove back thru to get it corrected; due to medical reasons I can't haveseeds & asked for 2 bottoms, which freaked the drive thru attendant totally out! They finally gave me the corporate office's#,but then refused to serve me. I'm 73yrs, am hypoglycemic & by the time I got home it was between 3:30- 4pm! But at least I gotanother turkey & cheese sandwich at home. No treat for me that day! So disappointing to have reverse prejudice alive & well atBurger King & I've lived here a long time & it's just getting worse & worse lately. Read more

I use the BK in restaraunt app coupon. $5 meal. My whopper was fresh and hot, the fries were crispy and hot and the drive thru... lady was friendly. Good value and good meal! Read more
The evening or closing crew on Friday, 4/1/2022, was amazing. When I drove up, the employee taking orders was genuinely patient... in how he spoke and treated me when I was confused on my order. At the window, if it was the same employee, also very genuineand so very cordial. This person absolutely made my evening. Amazing job! Read more
This is bar-none the worst Burger King in town, ordered a spicy ch'king only to get the plain one, and it's a sea of mayo or... whatever the sauce is. How can I enjoy a sandwich when the bread is falling apart from mayo overload. Dissapointing. Read more
I had a great experience the food was fast and hot. I think the GM or dm was their so everything ran very smoothly. And it was... all at a great price. I never think to come to burger king but after coming here I got a little bit better of a liking for therestaurant. Read more
