I come here pretty frequently and the Food is consistently Good! I?m allergic to nightshades and gluten, so I always get a... gluten free bun and sweet potato fries. Today I forgot to order both of those things? The Manager Sumner took care of itimmediately even though it was my fault for forgetting! Brought me an entire new meal within minutes, and checked on me half waythrough. A1 service and the burgers and sweet potato fries are absolute Fire! Highly recommend to anyone. The fries/strings are ALWAYS amazing. I ordered #64 Hawaiian BBQ Chicken *Sub 2 Fried Tenders, Sub Lettuce Bun, Sub Pepper Jack,... Side 21 Sauce. I saw the cashier go to the back to tell the person my order was made wrong but they told her "its fine" and shethen stapled my bag so I could not see that there were no changes made to the order. This was a place I visited a lot. I went in today looking forward to a great burger. I ordered requesting my burger well done.... I walked on to get condiments and saw all the bins were crusty and dirty. I was grossed out. This was 12:00 noon so it couldn?thave been the lunch rush. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was pretty gross as well. They?re were no paper towels.It was obvious that it hadn?t been cleaned in a while. I got my burger and sat down. First time here. Custom service was horrible, especially the girl with the pink in her hair. She wouldn't let us finish ordering... without interrupting. And what do ya know! Our order was wrong! We waited 20 minutes to get our correct order. The manager wassitting in the corner pretending to do paper work and saw how upsetting the situation was and never got off his seat to comeover to rectify the situation. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!! the fact that they have dedicated gluten free fryers and options is just amazing.... The best burger joint I have ever eaten at!!! Tasty burger, well priced (the omg double pattie is 12) well seasoned and well charred, but has some slips in preparation. I... requested mine medium and got medium well doneness. My partner's medium burger had some pink in the center, so the cooking isinconsistent. There are some odd choices in execution. Our vanilla milkshake had cinnamon added in. Which is not terrible butwe wanted a vanilla shake. The cinnamon over powers the vanilla and becomes a different tasting product. They have "onionstrings" which can only be best described as the crumbs you find at the bottom of a bag of chips made into a side. They'recrumbly and hard to grasp, they just made me really want proper onion rings instead. The flavors here are good but there areodd choices in how the menu items work.
