Nothing special about their burgers thats for sure. I hadnt been to one of these Blake's Lottabuger before and chances i wont... be back. The guy at the register could not descride Blakes special chili hash, nor could he explain what the "seasoned" frieswere seasoned with. If I?m paying an extra $2.50 PER burrito for it to be ?smothered? I?d expect it to look a lot better then this! Hardly any... chile, probably less than what would come in a hand held burrito. No lettuce on the incorrect burrito, and for some reason theyput no cheese on one of them when I didn?t request that. Spend an extra 20 minutes per day in the morning and dice a few poundsof tomatoes, throwing a couple slabs of tomatoes on top of a burrito is unappetizing and unprofessional. I would?ve gone backfor a refund but I didn?t want to sit in line for another 30 minutes. Was about 11am on Sunday. Not particularly busy only one car in the drive though waiting. Ordered a #5 burrito with sausage and... green. They decided bacon was a better choice for me I suppose. These people just don?t care anymore. Read more

According to my significant other "somebody left their soul in the restroom ". This was the beginning of our experience. I've... not been ghosted this hard since my former partner last texted me, a year ago. We waited 20 minutes and then had to go up andask for our food. We witnessed a similar experience for every patron that came in and needed assistance. I watched a gentlemancome in and wait about 7 minutes before being greeted by staff. We were also not given the cups we ordered. We had to reachover and get our own cups. The food itself was about 3.5/5 which is slightly above average for fast food. I cannot recommendthis place for dining in due to the experience we and others that day shared. Read more
