Food was hot and fresh, green chile was good. Service was quick even though it was lunch and they were busy.
The burger was good until I bit down on something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and thought it was a big toe toenail... clipping. It turned out to be a sliver of wood about an inch long that was in the meat. I feel like it?s better than a toenailclipping, but I?ll never eat here again. Read more
Great burger! Got the Blake's Lota Burger New Mexico style for the first time. Nice quality burger with a unique NM flair. Five... Guys type quality which is what we were expecting. Definitely would go back when in the Southwest again. Read more

That is called R&D on some level and is a business expense thatshould be explored for this company. I participated in a survey for Blake's Lotaburger before, thinking it might help, itdidn't. I will not participate again since my input as a customer is apparently not "heard " and seen through experiencingbetter business from your stores, anyway. Blake's is in a state of systemic failure regardless. It really is evident throughoutthe city. It's sad too, because Blake's Lotaburger use to dominate in the burrito/burger food industry in NM. Long wait to order but didn't have to wait long for food once ordered. Very small medium size order. Burger was yummy, spicy... and just the right size for me. Definitely juicy so not one to eat on the road. Overall decent experience Read more
Visiting from Canada. Husband always gets burgers from here our first day. Childhood memories. They missed an entire burger plus... our condiments. Had to go back for it and no compensation offered. Rather dry burger and the medium fries were smaller thanMcD's small. Disappointing for him. Read more
Bad customer service and extremely dirty floors. Doesn't look like they have been washed in days. Their soft drink machine was... out of order. I did get a courtesy water which I had to fill from the out of order soft drink machine. The water tasted like Iwas drinking from a beach ball, it had a plastic/rubber taste. Read more
