Food was hot and fresh, green chile was good. Service was quick even though it was lunch and they were busy.
The burger was good until I bit down on something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and thought it was a big toe toenail... clipping. It turned out to be a sliver of wood about an inch long that was in the meat. I feel like it?s better than a toenailclipping, but I?ll never eat here again. Read more

That is called R&D on some level and is a business expense thatshould be explored for this company. I participated in a survey for Blake's Lotaburger before, thinking it might help, itdidn't. I will not participate again since my input as a customer is apparently not "heard " and seen through experiencingbetter business from your stores, anyway. Blake's is in a state of systemic failure regardless. It really is evident throughoutthe city. It's sad too, because Blake's Lotaburger use to dominate in the burrito/burger food industry in NM.
