Blake use to be one of the best fast food Burger spots in Albuquerque. Now it is one of the worst. Nit only the food quality has... gone down but They lie when it is convenient for them. I just waited at the menaul drive thru for 15 min, there was no car evenat the speaker when I pulled up then the first time ever they told me they are only serving breakfast. That?s a first I alwaysget a burger from Blake?s in the morning. So they would not serve me because they were to lazy to make a burger and fries likethey always have in the past. Then we go to the Washington location i ask my son if he will run up to the pickup window and askif they will serve us burgers. This rude lady asks my son do you have a pick up order my son replies no I just have a quickquestion. She looks at him with a disgusted look and tells him to get to the end of the line if he has a question. Well myfamily and will never spend another penny at Blakes and I will do everything i can to make sure anyone around also avoids thisbad company. Did Blake sell to some really bad owners or what?? Overpriced for a hamburger and frankly Whataburger is better and cheaper. Biggest problem is the buns are awful! Dry and... tasteless which is why I haven't gone to Blake's for about a year....nothing has changed (different location) do will stick tobetter burger better price at Whataburger. Read more
Terrible service! Food was prepped sloppily this evening. So as a paying customer I complained, and one of the female employees... started calling me derogatory names from the doorway. Ghetto service at this location. The food was so terrible I left withnothing, so I am hoping a manager will contact me for a refund. Managers of course cannot be reached after hours. Read more
This place has real terrible management. Waited a half hour for a simple burger and fries. My order was sitting on the counter... the whole time!!!! I had to initiate an inquiry. We usually visit a Blake?s when in Albuquerque and today was no different. We had to wait a little while for our food today, but... the nice gentleman working the drive-thru was on point. We told him our order once and he was prompt to tell us our total. Heeven got the order correct. Our food was fresh and tasted great. Once again a great experience! Read more
Stopped in for lunch ordered a Frito pie with a large seasoned fry?. My chile for the Fritos was dry my fry?s were half a bag I... went up to the counter to let them know?.MARCOS said that it was a large fry and I told him it?s supposed to be!
