This is my neighborhood Blake's. The only place I go for breakfast burritos. They serve breakfast all day. I like the food they... make. But I would like it more, if I loved it ???? needs more smiley and courteous employees. Maybe better management. Otherwisegood food. Read more
Beware, they do not accept their own gift cards in house, you must use it online. Otherwise this location is pretty great, and... one of the few that has breakfast all day. Edit: Gift cards work for online orders. Added a star because it’s partially myfault for not trying the card online. I paid $10 for a LOTA burger with bacon, cheese. And chopped green Chile and asked for a cup for water. The problem is all of... this costs $9.47. I didn’t get my 53 cents of change and they charged me for a $1.99 cup of water. Which means I had to pay$2.52 more than I should have paid. My friend got charged for a Chocolate Birthday Cake Shake that they never had to begin withand most of my group had missing toppings. The burger was good which is why it deserves a star. This did not just occur with memany other customers were also complaining about not getting change and getting charged extra. 5 star for the food, which was great. Visiting out of towner. Service was slow, receiving my meal was slow. Staff was not... welcoming and took too long to get to the counter to take an order. I was there long enough to figure out why. Every time theyturn around there's a homeless person standing there making demands and asking for free stuff. Had I known there would be acrowd of homeless, I wouldn't have gone there. I made a brownie purchase for one of them because he was hungry, but then hestarted making other demands of the staff on top of the brownie. Sad, because it could be a pleasant experience. Read more

Love the food, always have. But two stars because I honestly cannot stand the new automated system to order over the phone. It... takes forever, often gets the wrong order and I have to start over and is honestly not worth the hassle. Bummer cause I loveLotaburger. Read more
