Very expensive for a small meal the Loto combo LG was like a itsy burger meal there was nothing loto about it the burger was way... to small it was like a child's burger the fries and drink was the only thing that was large but the burger is too small it's arip off and the wait was so long I tried to use the app it was tech issues the employee was really nice about though the burgersneed to be loto like it use to be in the 80's to 90's now it's a little burger. Every time I go to this location anymore they keep messing up my order or the system is down and can't pay with cash or card.... Yes there is the mobile app. But sometimes it's easier for cash when I have it on hand. Read more
I stopped at the Rio Grande location for a breakfast burrito. They have a good one, in the top five, but the most expensive of... the top five. However, they DON'T serve these after 11. Most other Lotaburgers DO. I settled for a hamburger. Decent, butwithout the great green chili added it would have been less than decent. The service however SUCKED. Rude, absent from the frontcounter, and ignored my wave to get someone's attention. The experience was so bad I thought of rating it a 2, but previousbetter experiences allowed me to leave it at a 3. I had a burger, fries, and, I believe, a chocolate shake. Periodically go to Whataburger and wanted to give Lotaburger a whirl... for the first in a long time. It was good food and distinctive though I can't recall much more on the specifics. Would notmistake it for Whataburger or any other place though. A quality location for some variety especially for those of us like Uberdrivers who are on the road a lot. Read more
Other locations are great! My fiancé and I spent 30 MINUTES waiting to order, another 15 to get our food, which was the wrong... order, before going to work, a 6 minuet drive across town. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION to anyone. I love Blake's otherlocations, they are nicer, quicker and don't mess up orders. Read more
We stopped at about Blake's Lotaburger on our way back to Arizona, from a trip to Texas. We ordered the Lotaburger with green... chili and just wow! This burger has real spice! I am so glad we stopped at rhia place, it will be our new stop whenever we arein Albuquerque. Even though it's fast food, it takes a little longer than a regular fast food place to get the food, but veryworth it. Read more
By far the worst location in town! It's 1 minute away from me and I choose to drive to Coors and Fortuna to avoid this... location. Gave 777 rio Grande Blvd abq NM another chance. Put in an online order said it would be ready at 1:13 pm I have beenin line at the drive thru now for 11 mins no cars have moved, the lobby doors are locked and I've been calling them over andover for 10 mins. They dont answer their phone. Awful location!!!!!!! Got to the window and was told they just started makingmy order... 1 hour after I put in my order online and ended up leaving there and coming to Coors and Fortuna. Way betterlocation, I got my food in less than 10 mins. Avoid 777 Rio Grande if you don't want to end up frustrated! Read more
