I know they make your order fresh but it can't take 30 min for one burger! Plus there was no other customers. The cashier was... extremely rude & wouldn't give me the manger or GM's name & # when I politely asked to speak with someone. If I ever go back toBlake's again it definitely won't be this location. We have not been to Blakes for some time due to always getting poor service. We decided to attempt again and yet still got the... same disappointing service. Burgers served cold and hardly any chile on burgers! Response to owner: Instead of requesting togive another try, why not give my money back for not getting the service and food I paid for? Waited almost 25 minutes for a breakfast burrito. Once I got the burrito the hash browns were mushy and there was barely any red... chile in it. Gross and was barely warm. Go to stripes or make your own if you want a good burrito because this places is notworth 6 bucks for something so simple. Read more

First time at this location. For lunch. I hot the burger NM style of course! I was great. I don't eat gluten so I got in a... bowl. Very good flavor on the burger. Needed to add ketchup but that's not unusual. The strawberry shake was great and fastfrom the kitchen. The seasoned fries were certainly the highlight! They were crispy and soft at the same time and seasoningmix was perfect. I would definitely eat lunch here again. Read more
This Blake's is very close to my house, and getting a breakfast burrito from here has become my Sunday morning tradition. This... particular location has always been very slow to get your food out, but today was over the top. I placed my order at thespeaker at 10:06 am, they took my money at the window at 10:15 and asked me to park. At 10:55 they FINALLY brought my order out.50 minutes for 1 single burrito is unacceptable! I'm not sure I'll go back to this location, I think I'd rather drive down thehill a little further, longer drive but hopefully I won't have to wait an hour for a burrito! Update: Apparently managementdidn't care, it looks like they deleted their response which was something along the lines of "I'm sorry you feel that way". So last Sunday, down the hill I went (Paseo & Golf Course)! MUCH quicker service, I was back home in half an hour with myyummy burrito ???? We really try to support our local restaurants and we have been disappointed with most of our experiences eating out lately....
