Ive been to this location so many times and not had a problem until tonight. I ordered my food on the app and nothing was right.... I asked for it to be cut into 4s and toasted and neither was done. My sandwich wasn't even cut in half. My step daughter went into order and the guy had an attitude. Smh... Read more
My daughter stopped in to bring home sandwiches for dinner. She ordered a 12? BMT with extra cheese and a 6? steak and cheese... for me. She stated that the young lady making my sandwich appeared to be spaced out. She told the girl three times extra meatand pepper Jack cheese. It is approximately a ten minute drive to our house. When she arrived with my sandwich it barely hadmeat on it, no cheese and the bread was so hard that I was not able to chew it. I keep praying that some day this store can getit together and provide the same Quality of service and product as the wonderful staff in the Guntersville location. Iunderstand that today?s businesses are having a hard time finding good employees. So for now I will just eat subway inHuntsville and the Guntersville location. Read more
Very disappointed.. sandwiches were skimpy at best, and then when I presented my coupon they said they don't accept them... anymore!! So, since I got a taste of FIREHOUSE SUBS right down the street, they are definitely my go to for subs from now on!!They pile it on ya..so long subway, you've lost my business, and alot of others are discovering Firehouse, you better make itbetter or you'll be the only one left eating your product!! Ordered online and when my husband got home with them and took a bite a freaking thumbtack was in the sandwich! When we called... whoever answered was so freaking rude. If you don?t want complaints make sure things like that don?t happen. Read more
Very terrible experience. I paid for a steak sub and ended up with a vegetable sub because the girl working said her manager is... getting strict about how much meat they use. Terrible experience. Asked the lady to add more spinach to a protein bowl and she said she ?wasn?t allowed?. Meanwhile, her kids... are apparently camping out in the lobby. I feel bad for her kids. Made a jimmy johns man outta me. See pic for half full proteinbowl. Read more
They didn't put any sauce at all on my pizza sub and packed it with banana peppers (DID NOT ORDER, I HATE THEM!!) Went to work,... and when I called they wanted me to return it.... while I was at work?? $12.54 down the drain and now I have to pay for a DoorDash from a different restaurant if I want to eat something today!
