Closed early at 8 PM with restaurant all lit up because they apparently don?t have employees to work. Advertised to be open... until 10 PM. Waited at drive in for 5 to 10 minutes. Said hello 3 times. Drove up to window. No one there initially. Then awomen walked up to empty cash registers. She opened window when she saw me. I wouldn?t say she was rude. But overwhelmed. Well. I don?t recommend this place. I came here on a Monday night.. a Monday night. And to start with I waited at the speaker... for nearly 10 minutes and I heard nothing from anyone even after I said hello three times. No ?give me a moment? or ?I?ll bewith you in just a second? nothing. I ended up just driving up to the window to order. I got sandwich combos and asked for extramayonnaise and extra pickles and I also asked for honey. They made me pull up to wait for my order and they brought it out like20 minutes later. It was only 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. (Not including the drink they gave me at the window). My sandwich bagwasn?t even closed really. My sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and the bun was ripped nearly in half. There wasn?tany extra pickles, the original amount is three and that?s how many I got. I wanted extra. That?s why I asked for extra.. and Ididn?t get extra mayonnaise either. I also came to get Mac and cheese but they said they had none. Chicken is good. The service is not.. I don't know if they need more training or more staff but we had to repeat everything... three times when we ordered in the drive thru and it took a LOOONG time for the two cars in front of us to get food. Our friendsdidn't get a response for over 5 minutes when they tried to come in behind us and ended up leaving. They're also out of allsauces except ranch. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!: I tried them again because of the $6.99 for 5 bone in deal and when I arrived they were closed. At 5:30pm.... They said it was because they were short staffed but I payed online. I had to call customer service to get a refund. Please fixthis location. I want some good Popeyes for once.... UPDATE: No one has tried to reach out to me or correct this mistake. I'vebeen a customer coming by at least once every 2 weeks. For 3 months for lunch. But you've lost me now. It's honestlyunacceptable. Guys, I have no problem waiting. My problem was that someone thought that sending out a burnt bun was acceptable.Every bite I take just tastes like ash, and it's my first time trying the new Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular one.. ordered mashed potatoes and got 3 for some reason but no fork. My... friend ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard but they were out of honey mustard so we said ranch would be ok but wasntgiven any. We ordered a pie and was asked to circle around the building.. get back in line behind 2 more cars and it would beready when I made it to the window again. The food was cold... the sandwich looked stepped on . This place is ridiculous. I waslooking for a hidden camera because it was unreal. They are very low staff right now. So I am patient with my order & the food is so good. The employees are great too. And I use... coupons & I think its great to give a customer extra coupons to keep them coming back. Thank you Albertville Popeyes Read more
