Great food and great customer service!
It's was late. It was hard to get acknowledged by anyone. Even after the kids working up front saw me standing at the register... it took the bartender lady telling them 2 times to come take my order. Ordered fiesta fajita bowl with light chicken, extracheese and extra rice. When I got to my car with my food it was a soupy mess in the bag. They put all that food with the extrarice in what appeared to be the smallest aluminum to go pan they had and to top it off they didn't seal the lid but abouthalfway so it was all in the bag, all over EVERYTHING. Tried to go back in(only had 1 napkin) and they had loved the door.Called....no answer. The same kid that ignored me the first time ignored me a second time when he saw me knocking on the door.Very unprofessional, shows a total lack of pride in what they do. The food was absolutely amazing. I got a new item and it was great. It was like a fajita bowl with cheese and rice but also on... tortillas and I will be getting that again because it was delicious! The waiter was so good. I wish everyone was like him. Hetreated my little girl like a princess the whole time. By the end when we were getting ready to go I had to ask if he was agrandpa because the way he was talking to my daughter was similar as I've seen my dad talk to my daughter. Of course he was andhad some granddaughters by his son's and I could just tell he was a loving grandpa. He was the best waiter. Read more
