If you haven?t been eating at Jefferson?s, you are missing out! We ate there tonight, and the food, service, and atmosphere was... amazing! The wait was about 20 mins, but they had us seated within 10. Our server, Karissa, was awesome and quick to keep ourdrinks full. The manager, Kayleigh, came by to check on everything and was super nice?she even made a suggestion about the blackbean burger my husband ordered, and he loved it! My sons and I had our weekly dinner at this establishment tonight. The atmosphere was awesome. The staff that greeted waited on... us was very professional and courteous. Ate dinner here on our way to a concert at the Sand Mountain Amphitheater on a Friday night. Was greatly surprised at the speed... of service. We had maybe a ten minute wait for a table, but once we sat down, drinks and food came quickly. And the food(burgers for me and my wife, shrimp for our daughter) was all good and the orders were correct. Read more
Very poor service tonight, I waited an hour and 20 minutes after my order was placed to ask for a refund and was then finally... presented with my order after several people that had orders just as large as mine that ordered 30 minutes after I did were ableto walk in, immediately get their food and leave. Do not go to this restaurant if you have any plans of doing anything laterthat evening because they will do their best to wreck them. Read more
Been wanting to try their wings for a while. They were decent. I had the hottest sauce they sell. It was not as hot for me than... maybe for others but that's just my taste. Fries were fresh. Order wings in turbo sauce with an extra cup of turbo on the side the gave me wings with no sauce on them at all. Still charged... me for the extra sauce. When I called them they told me all they could do was have me drive back and they would give me somesauce to put on the wings. The wings that would have been cooked for over an hour that that point. I let them know that was notvery practical with the food being out that long. Said theirs nothing they could do then. Food found a home in the trash can.Will recommend no to go to this establishment or any of these fanchises. Edit 11-05-2021 was asked to reach out via email. Stillhaven?t received any response. Seems like a nice place. I've been twice and had Wings and a few beers. The fries are good but cost extra. Haven't tried the... chips that come with the wings but that will happen next time. Mozzarella sticks are really good but the marinara sauce couldbe better. The service seems decent nothing special but nothing bad. I will return. They have a big menu and I'd like to trymore things.
