I paid 29$ for shrimp scampi entree with no pasta. Because I added 2 vegetables (each for an up charge) the dish it didn?t come... with pasta. When I called to ask about my missing pasta I was spoken to in a condescending tone and hung up on. I?m not sure ifthis employee was having a bad day or what but he hung up on me for saying just how ridiculous that was for pasta to not beincluded with the entree. Just let the customer know if their dish won?t come with pasta, so they can pay the extra 25 cents forit. The food was great but customer service is terrible. I really enjoy the Pizza for Da Angelo's. I decided to order dinner from here tonight as well and was very surprised with what I... received. The lasagna I got tonight was very bad. The pasta was dry and seemed to have been made a long time ago. It wasn'tfresh at all. I tried eating it but to be honest I couldn't. They are great people at the restaurant but definitely need to dobetter when it comes to this. Hope this was a one time mistake. Order from here on occasion and I?m ALWAYS impressed. The staff is caring and energetic, and the PIZZA is delish! My go-to is a... plain pie but will occasionally get the pepperoni which is just as good. They have pastas and other entrees. Great portion sizesfor the price. Havent sat down and ate but every time i pick up my order the place is packed! Will definitely continue orderingfrom here. Read more

Wonderful friendly staffs. Food is delicious, fresh, and reasonable price. There is a 4% fee if you pay by credit card.... Everytime I come to this place there is a wait because the place is small and very packed. The servers gets overwhelmed andsometimes forgets to take the 4% fee off when paying cash but I don't mind to keep reminding them. Never had any issues here.The Italian cheesecake is smooth, not too heavy, with a hint of lemon, very good. The pizzas always crispy and good amount oftoppings. Read more
I live in New Hyde Park, and this is still my go to spot for my favorite pizza. Regular pies, Marinara, and of course Grand Ma... pies always get rave reviews from us, and from all our family & friends who we share with. Everything was extremely cold and this sausage and broccoli rabe hero I got was the smallest hero ever. Shouldn?t be charging 12... dollars for that. Grandpa slice didn?t even feel like it was in the oven. Never again. Read more
