Excellent service! Walked in to pick up an online catering order, at the door I was greeted with an employee immediately asking... if I was there for my order. They had everything ready before my allotted time, I walked in and out very quickly, and ourbreakfast was wonderful, everyone in the department enjoyed the array of biscuits. Went thru the drive thru, redeem my free big Jack with purchase of fry and drink.. what a mistake that was...fries were so hard... and my big Jack was without anything two pieces of meat on the bun with wilted lettuce and one pickle no cheese terribleexperience for it to be a new location...never going back there Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but today was insane.. ordering food was... fine. Got the the window and paid. Got the bags and realized not everything was in there. When I asked about the rest of thefood I was called a liar and almost refused the rest of my food. I was given a spicy melt instead of a big jack. I had to payfor more food because they refused to fix their mistake. When I asked about the fries that came with the meal(again not in thebag) I was met with "oh my God are you for real dude" one of the cooks was yelling at me through the window. Probably best that you don't go here. Wasn't told they were out of ham until after my order was taken. The first bite of my... steak biscuit had a piece of paper in it. The meat was also almost room temperature and the biscuit had the consistency ofmicrowaved bread. A waste of time and money. Read more
This is Utterly Ridiculous!!!!!! I ordered a BLT Salad with 1000 Island and a strawberry drink. I don?t see any B unless you... count that 1/2 strip. I thought BLT stood for Bacon Lettuce Tomato so where is my BT. Every time I come to this particularlocation my food is never correct. This is worst jacks in or near Tuscaloosa. The staff is horrible especially the girls in the drive through. I repeatedly told... them about how I wanted my food made (no onions) I was attitude on top of attitude I was charged for sauce I did not receive.Paisley is the manager there. I don?t know if she needs more help or a new staff but something needs to be done immediately. Read more
Only been here once and went inside because the drive thru was wrapped around. There was still a wait inside but they were short... on employees and I assume the manager was dealing with another employee but came out when she saw customers waiting. My orderwas correct and once actually ordered, was quickly given. At first they said they were out if buffalo sauce but the girl Iassume is the manager took it upon herself to double check and found some and even gave me extra. She was really friendlydespite clearly being stressed but seems all employees were handling the business well. Read more
Last night 10-24-2022 I ordered the 12piece chicken and 2 large sides online. I also paid for the order online and was emailed a... receipt with a 9:18 pick up time having place the order at 9:04. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:16 and was told that they onlyhad 4 pieces of chicken left as they stop making chicken at 9. I was offered some chicken fingers or something but that wasn'twhat I wanted or I would have ordered chicken fingers. I told the employee's that I just wanted a refund and they said thatthey could not do that I would have to call cooperate. I asked for the phone number as I confirmed that the number on the emailreceipt was for the local store without a cooperate number. I looked online and so far have found no listing for a number tospeak with anyone concerning this issue. This morning I called the local store to speak with a manager and the phone rings onceand hangs up immediately. So as it stands right now I paid 35 dollars and change for nothing. So I recommend to anyone elseplacing an online order not to pay prior to pickup. Just a final word of note the two employee's were very nice and apologeticso I have no issue with the staff from last night other than they seemed lost as how to handle the situation which comes down tolack of training or lack of knowledge regarding online refunds once more the lack of knowledge should fall at the feet ofsomeone above them if they were unaware of the procedures. The final issue is there seems to be a lack of cooperation betweenwho ever runs the website and perhaps local procedure. If the store no longer makes chicken after 9 at night then the websiteshould not allow me to order chicken after 9 or have some sort of disclaimer concerning this issue that the store might beunable to complete my order. Also a 1800 number or an actual email would be nice instead of one of the general question form onthe Jacks website which says it can take 3-5 days to even get a response from someone. Read more
