Worst Wendy's in America! All the employees look and act like homeless crackheads. Drive thru always closed, always out of menu... items. Wait time is ridiculous! Too many things wrong with that store. First off the girl spelled my name wrong, they made my spicy chicken sandwich I ordered... it standard with natural cheddar and onions on it and when I got it it was shredded cheese and they were using Romaine lettuceas they're topping and I did not get any crackers with my chili had to go up there and get all my essentials Read more
The Wendy's double burgers are awesome! My husband and I always enjoy those. Normally I would give Wendy's a five-star rating,... but we had an unusually long time waiting for our food, and the chicken sandwich was a little less than desirable. I don't usually go to Wendy's because they don't offer vegetarian food, but stopped by for a strawberry shake. At this... restaurant I was saw employees working at a fast pace and yet you could see they had concern for their customers. Sometimes youcan just tell, and these workers seemed to care. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. First, it started with the cashier holding a naked baby and walking... around the kitchen, holding the baby. This seemed like a major health code violation. Then the experience continued to be bad,as a different person came to take over the till. (The other lady then walked around the kitchen, still carrying the nakedbaby). They didn't know the menu, and the restaurant was out of several items. They made several errors during the orderingprocess. After we had all ordered our food, he laughed at us asking if that was all we were going to eat. Our order then cameout wrong, and when asking to have it corrected were met with rude remarks. We ordered the seasonal fruit from the menu, and gotrotten apples. Meanwhile someone else sitting next to us ordered the seasonal fruit and got a bowl of strawberries. Whileordering the kitchen was observably dirty and gross. The dining area was also filthy. Busy & counter clerk was very friendly, efficient, and able to keep up. My chili was pretty much disappointing - hard to find... meat or beans. Pretty much all liquid. Ice Machine not working - warm water or soda is yucky. Read more
