EXTREMELY HOSTILE AND RUDE OWNER. I asked for two separate orders to be on two separate transactions, to be bagged and rung up... separately. He said "No!" He said he wouldn't sell to me if I left and came back to order the 2nd order. I said "Are youkidding me? WOW! That's ridiculous!" He said to me "Stupid old people! Get out! You ridiculous. Don't want you business!" Itold him he has just lost a customer for life , to which he replied "Don't care. Go away!" STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE NEW OWNERSOF Toki Teriyaki in Albany, OR. This was a great place with great food with the previous owners. Life is hard enough withoutbeing yelled at, belittled, called names, and thrown out of an establishment because you requested two separate orders. Afterscrolling through the other reviews I see that my poor encounter with this owner is not a singular occurrence for him. Chicken was dry. Veggies were raw shredded cabbage. Spicy sauce was not spicy. For $15 I expect better. Will not be coming back.... Panda Express is a far better value. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE- THE MANAGER IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. He shoved his hands... inside our to-go-containers and asked us to return our used to-go-containers that did not fit all our food, after we had alreadyput half eaten food inside it. The employees were in tears and had to hold him back from attacking me. He physically jumped atme and his employee had to literally grab his hands to pull him back. Needless to say, we called the police and also reportedthe restaurant to the State Health Services. I am not sure I have ever been to a restaurant that shoves their dirty hands insidetheir to-go-containers and shoves them in people's faces. DISGUSTING. Read more
So dang good. Really great teriyaki and the chicken is cooked very good compared to other local teriyaki.
Really not good. "Vegetable" side was just steamed cabbage with a couple slivers of carrot with no flavor. I got sweet and sour... chicken that was overcooked and the sauce was incredibly tasteless, just tasted like sugar syrup. My wife's teriyaki chicken waslikewise overcooked and very flavorless. Never experienced a teriyaki place with such bland food. Read more
The staff were friendly. It wasn't that long of a wait to get my food. The prices were okay for the area of downtown. They... charged for extra teriyaki sauce which was a bit of a downer. If you are in the area this could be a good place to grab somefood on the go. I could see myself going back under those conditions. Otherwise I would go to another restaurant. Read more
