This was a comfortable atmosphere, plenty of booths and tables to sit at, which is self seating. There is wait staff that take... your orders. Our waitress was ok, however she did not smile, she did not check on us very often/much, we had to wait to ask forrefreshers on beverages and dessert menu, which I eventually went and got a menu from the cashregister. There were only 3 adultsand 3 children in our party, not a large group, and I believe we were not needy and/or demanding, when we asked for items I knowwe were polite and used manners, we know how hard waitstaff work, so we always try to be cordial and not demanding. Our food wasordered, they were quick with making it, and it was real tasty. Maybe they need wait staff that smiles and checks on thecustomers. Read more
Our family has been going to this fabulous taco restaurant for almost 20 years, its our favorite TACO place..!!! The staff is... super friendly and excellent..!! It's open for lunch, and great for family dinner or quiet dinner for two. Children welcomehere. The best tacos!!! THE BEST Carne asada TACOS IN TOWN!! tortas, camaronies, enchiladas (my favorite) the sizzlingFajitas are wonderful, huge burritos, the salsa and chips yummm... excellent salsa..!! everything made freshdaily. margaritas, in so many flavors!! see photos! and other great non alcohol cold drink choices, alcohol and beer servedhere. This was a quaint place. I was happy they had outdoor seating and it was a lovely spring day. The wait staff was very... professional and quick. The burrito I had wasn't to my style and I did add on the white sauce I believe that I'm used tosomething that another restaurant specializes in. Overall I would welcome to go here again but I would probably get at adifferent dish. Read more
Best thing I can say is the chicken strips were good. First the service was super slow, never once came back to check on us. We... asked for waters and got one glass. When we asked for more chips, she didn't give us more salsa for it. The food. My wifeordered a cheese enchilada and she got a chicken. Would have returned it, again the server never came back. The food, bland andunappetizing. We didn't finish our meal. The chips are store bought and placed under a heat lamp to harden. We went herebecause I saw it was 4+ stars and had a quote, "Best Mexican food." Taco Bell is better Mexican food then this place. If youare in Albany, and want Mexican food, save your money and go to Taco Bell. Read more
