Fantastic Pizza. We had a Pepperoni and sausage. It came out with parmesan baked on. I love crust and this crust especially was... delicious. There was a tech issue with our order that caused a minor delay (10mins). Without any prompting they gave a partialrefund for the inconvenience. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Read more
Excellent Customer Service. Great pizza. They just need to sell pitchers of beer ????. PizzAmore wasn't our first choice but... they will be from now on when visiting Albany. This experience actually started over at Abby's down the road......Abby's lostout on a $300 sale because of HORRIBLE customer service. It started outside in the parking lot. We all just got finished hikingand decided to have a beer before going inside and ordering. We were scolded by an employee and told not to be drinking beer inthe parking lot. I understand the law and don't understand why the pizza place employee was so concerned about us drinkingoutside. They didn't serve us the beers so if anything it's a public intox with no liability to the restaurant. Then we wentinside to order and the cashier wanted physical ID for everyone who would be drinking beer. Everyone had ID on them but one wasa picture on a phone and the cashier said it wasn't good enough. After providing everyone else's ID and verifying we were all ofage (none of us are under 33) one in our party wouldn't have been able to participate. So we left. We took our $$$ and went toPizzAmore. We received welcoming open arms there, EXCELLENT customer service AND no ID check because clearly everyone wqs olderthen the 21 year old that took our order. PizzAmore had delicious food and we spent well over $200 almost $300 there. Working in a pizza parlor for a few years, I can safely say this place is incredible. The pizza is fantastic, their dough recipe... is amazing. If pizza is not your, then order the garlic balls. Easily the best item on the menu. Highly recommend thisrestaurant. Read more
So..I'm out on the road with my boss n co worker...we came here from Washington to help ....we were hungry and decided on pizza... and came here.... Pizza and garlic bread were very very good..flavor was spot on..pizza was huge 20 inch...as for theservice....took our order...the rest I had to do..no plates or napkins..or utensils...I had to stand there as 5 workers didn'teven notice me..that's not good..didn't even make us feel like customers...great food followed by sub par service..both with meagreed..sorry...wasn't our fault... According to my 5 and 9 year old grand kids- they have a GREAT kids meal- 2 BIG slices of pizza, gourmet chips, root beer and... vanilla ice cream cup for dessert!
