I just ordered from DoorDash and had an awful experience. I had ordered a Sprite...the DoorDash person did not deliver the... drink with the meal. When I called the store, they indicated they could do nothing about the situation. I was confused. Ipaid for a Sprite and did not get it. That to me is poor service. The girl on the phone proceeded to discuss the matter inwith her co-workers. They spoke very ill about me and the situation. All I asked was to get my drink. They indicated theywould not deliver as well. I was working in the mall, in a store I own, by myself. I thought DoorDash would be a way to getfood. I enjoy Panda Express and thought the option would work out. The young lady that spoke ill about me with her co-workersthen placed me on hold after being asked if she placed me on hold. I heard the entire conversation. This was awkward anddisheartening to hear. The person in charge offered NO solution and blamed DoorDash for the mistake. When I asked if the drinkwas placed with the meal...the lady on the phone admitted to not placing it with the order. I was still confused. If PandaExpress made the mistake, I would of thought a statement of some sort to comp, give my money back on my card, or somethingseemed reasonable. They did not even make an effort. I was treated with no respect and was made out to be the bad guy in thesituation. I own a store in town. I would have gone the extra mile to make the guest feel good about the situation. My daughters tore apart their PE for two days taking everyone else's leftovers with them. Parking lot gets cramped when there... are many vehicles wanting PE at the same time. Read more
Service is good. Food is good and Fresh. Prices are okay the on tray Portions are small for prices plenty of your sides.
Lately their rice has gone flavorless, bland. The spring rolls are bad, I suppose they could be worse. With that being said, I... switch to the noodles, I think they called it chow mein, but it's not. Regardless, it's a yummy place when you find what youlike. Read more
The service was incredibly shoddy and there was a giant hair in my food as soon as I opened my tray. Will not ever return.
I usually don?t write bad reviews I hate doing that to a business but I was too hungry to be nice. We asked for all 3 bigger... plates to have fresh orange chicken since we had to wait. I waited 15-20 mins for the fresh orange chicken to be done. No biggy,I don?t mind waiting for fresh food but was very disappointed when the other two plates had fresh orange chicken and mine wascold and dried out. I learned my lesson, check the bag before you leave! Read more
Out of the to go boxes the bowls they used didn't have as much in it felt I got shorted on food
