One of the worst dining out experiences I've ever had. It took 7 minutes to even be greeted upon entering. The food was sub-par.... It was cold and not that tasty. There was 5 meth addicts pacing around the dining area for an hour yelling and laughing. I'venever been so uncomfortable in a restaurant. Never coming back and I suggest you stay away. Read more
This was a very mediocre visit today. We came for the lunch buffet and there was very little food there and had to wait about 15... minutes for it to come out. For showing up right at noon, it wasn't very busy either. It seemed there were only 3 people workingin the whole place with only 1 of them in the kitchen. I found only 2 things in the buffet that were really good (when it cameout); there was a pork and green bean with black bean sauce and sesame chicken. The young ladies hostessing were really nice andseemed they were put in a bad position. Another lady that came out of the kitchen to put food in the buffet sounded like she wascomplaining about something to another customer. This used to be a go to place to eat when we go to Albany. The help was really nice. Play need to practice putting their plates together and presenting them in the manner and fashion that... Chinese food should be. It tasted good at the presentation was different. They need to do a little housekeeping. And by thelooks of the kitchen also. The outside needs to be repaired parking lot needs to be spruced up and that window going into thebar is a violation to their codes for. I didn't wanna be so critical but I grew up in that town And I knew every establishmentthat used to be there in the seventies and the eighties. It's just disheartening that when you're in the service industry youdon't put your best foot forward for presentation of your business food. Now I can see why their places on the slow side. Thereason why I'm so critical is the banquet Room was dirty salt and pepper shakers and dirty table dirty and it wasn't set upproperly fortunately I know how to do banquets so I tallied it up before our guests arrived. I don't really like Chinese food to begin with. Always deep fried, breaded meat with lots of sugary syrup on it. But this one... was a little worse than most, unfortunately. Good service, but I'm just not a fan of the food. Two things worth mentioningthough: first, their prices were very affordable. Second, the portions are ridiculously huge. If you don't want a ton of takehome for then just order one entree for every 3 people. The portions are that big! Read more
Simply a great place to visit. The staff are friendly and outgoing, even helping with my wheelchair. The service was excellent,... you are made to feel you are really wanted and the servers went out of their way to make an enjoyable meal and a good time withfriends. The prices vs. portions was phenomenal and the meals were outstanding...will certainly be back. Read more
Came here for the first time and was so impressed!!! The food was hot and fresh! Super tasty and the service was great. It's... super clean. The portions are huge and the hot and sour soup was to die for. The people that gave bad reviews must not likegreat food and service. I will be back time and time again. Read more
Love this place! Cozy atmosphere, nice waitresses. The food is pretty delicious. They have lots of space. Cool fish tank... although they have a fairly large fish in a tank separate from all the others in a small amount of water. Nonetheless food isgood waitresses are nice. Price is worth the food and portions are large! Read more
Ordered take out last weekend, order was made on time, food was good, price was very reasonable. House Fried Rice could have a... little bit more meat in it, but good. All in all, great experience. Read more
