7/10/2022 at 8pm. Just went through the drive thru and ordered the #1 famous star combo, the new jurassic Angus burger combo,... with 2 -6 piece nuggets. I waited almost 15 minutes. The bag came out and felt right so I didn't check. Got home and was missinga large fry with the #1 and 1 6 piece nugget. Both burgers were cold and made pourly with hardly anything in them. The frieswere cold and the nuggets were hard as a rock. The employees seemed like they were doing nothing and didn't care. I will neverorder here again. I am very disappointed. It was $29 and it was a waste of money. I'm sorry I had to do this but I felt likewarning other customers. Read more
I love Carl's Jr. The burgers are absolutely delicious and I love the fries but my best is the coffee, I love coffee and some... places does not have good coffee. The service is great and very nice and friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone. Read more
We decided to buy $75 worth of food for a Carl's Jr. Buffet at the hotel and had an absolute delicious and "carbcoma" party... time. The fabulous folks working that night, 3 of them, made the food fresh, as ordered and fast. We were happily impressed withtheir attitudes and customer service. This is the second time they screwed up my order. I ordered a Big Carl with NO cheese. When I picked it up at the window I... repeated "there is no cheese on this, right". I was assured there was no cheese. When I got home it was a Western double cheeseburger. NOT what I ordered. I can't trust them to get an order right. Read more

As long as I do not ask them to hold the cheese AND hold the lettuce. They will withold 1 item after that I guess they get... confused and don't withhold the other. Both Albany Oregon stores do that to me. Some of us have FOOD ALLERGIES. Otherwise --the food tastes great. Read more
