Closes at 11 but I cant get one simple milkshake made at 10:35 pm? Lol the nice younger male employee told me he?d make it for... me and then she just rudely says no. I assume this is the same gem that the person below me is talking about - older woman, darkhair, looking absolutely miserable. The female manager is completely rude! Every time I go to that location and she is there she snarks at me and completely ignores... me. This time she looked right at me took the customer who cut ahead of me in line and the guy after me. This is unacceptable!She never has a positive attitude and her demeanor is appalling. Always has her hair pulled back, brown hair, middle agedwoman..who always looks angry... Super disappointed with this store...get a new manager or whatever she is. No one needs thatkind of employee. I used to work at a Stewart's shop in Clifton Park, #385 to be exact, the Guideboard Road location and that's the best Stewart's... I've ever been in. The manager there, she's a badass! Some locations are run like garbage by employees that don't care andmanagers that are incompetent, but I have been in plenty of other shop locations where the staff does an excellent job! Ingeneral, I absolutely love going to Stewart's shops for a quick bite, a snack or maybe a few essentials like eggs or milk.Stewart's has some of the best ice cream I have ever had and that is one of my favorite things about them! $8 sub was terrible. One 1/2 of a tomato slice and no lettuce. The only reason I prefer them to Cumberland farms would be the... fresh food and this shop lacked on that tremendously. Read more
Got here 45 minutes before close for a milkshake and they tell us they already cleaned the machine and will not make them. Not... the first time this has happened. I understand if it?s 5 minutes before you close but 45...? Maybe do your jobs instead of justsitting there, chitchatting with your coworker, ignoring customers and being lazy. Read more
I go here often in the morning. Always in and out and the staff is pleasant.
