Cozy little Starbucks. Standard fare. Only issue is the plaza it is located in is on 2 busy roads so neither exit you can make... a left turn. Best exit to turn around if needed is Albany Shaker Rd to the roundabout. Read more

Even when busy the wait is not long. Very efficient staff. Always friendly. Highly recommended
The place is filthy dirty. Counters, coffee prep area, floors, doors, windows, tables - covered with dirt and grime. And the... place was dead quiet (understandably) - so staff could have, for example, wiped all the gunk off the counter where they deliverthe coffee. The place was health risk level disgusting. Extremely rude employees. It?s almost impossible to get them to acknowledge you without making yourself look like a fool. It... wasn?t remotely busy yet I had to sit and wait for 25 mins. The manger was also extremely insensitive to a homeless man that wasjust asking for a coffee. Read more
Came to pickup an order 1 coffee. They told me it's being made right now. I waited 10 mins and still no nothing. Fyi it's slow... and there's only 3 people waiting. I ask again and it was done before I arrived and wasn't placed where you would pick up yourfood. Bad customer service. Read more
Hands down the best Starbucks in the capital region. My mobile orders are always on time. They are always made correctly and the... staff is beyond curious. I've been going there a couple times a week for the last year and I am greeted on a first name basiswhen entering the door. I go out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks because I have never once been disappointed. Ithink a few other Starbucks in the area could learn a thing or 2 from this one. Read more
