Appetizers were absolutely amazing! Lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail, but unfortunately that is where it ended. I ordered a... filet, as did my co-worker, and the texture of the meat was on par. I ordered medium and he ordered medium rare, and we ended upgetting a well done steak and another medium well. I hate to gripe so I could dealt with that. What got me was the filet had theflavor of a pot roast and even left me with the after taste of this 30 mins afterwards. We are both from the south so maybe morenorthern steaks are just made this way. We are used to medium rare being warm completely through but red in the middle yetseared outside and medium being reddish pink throughout the entire middle and seared on the outside. We have some very goodsteak houses where we live so that is what we are comparing this experience to. Was not worth it. Read more
