5 ???? because the staff here was so exceptional! The friendliness and energy was what we needed after a long day. The food came... out quickly and we were surprised at how well stocked the restaurant was for 10 PM. ???? The food taste better than KFC. Theflavor is decent. The nuggets seemed to be more breadcrumb than chicken but who doesn't love that flakey crunch? The chickensandwich didn't taste like anything special, nothing to set it apart. The fried chicken was enjoyable. The biscuits are good butsalty which in oddity made them good ???? . The apple pies are fried and coated in cinnamon and sugar, I guess it works. Thefries had good flavor in the coating but the potato was lackluster. The Mac and cheese is decent for what it is. And last butnot least get the rice and beans! It's Popeyes what .ore can I say, they are a chain in parts of the US. For this region they are one of the better fried chicken... spots. Check online for coupons. Best eaten there or shortly after you pick it up with take out. Read more
Idk what the employees make at this Popeyes, but it needs to be more. The food is always delicious, hot and fresh. All... employees I have had contact with have been extremely friendly, they are always smiling and laughing. Needless to say, thecustomer service is outstanding. Popeyes on Southern Blvd will officially be my go to place to eat!!! Read more
First time at a Popeyes. Chicken was gently seasoned. Next time will try the spicy chicken to see that that tastes like. ... Above was quick and pleasant. A new staff member was being trained, and the manager doing the training was polite and patient,while maintaining the efficiency of the front counter and drive thru area. This Popeyes is trash, I was told they didn't have spicy nor mild chicken. Plus I ordered mac N cheese and this is what I... received, barely 3 freaking spoon fulls. You shouldn't have to pull up to a drive through and see fast food employees standingaround dancing and hugging each other. Popeyes do better, I'm going to Twitter on this one. Read more
This mac and cheese was almost $4 and barely half the cup is filled. I?ve been to a different location and they gave a lot more,... so I don?t think this is what the standard is supposed to be. The chicken was kind of burnt and there wasn?t much sauce on thesandwich. They also did not give the sauce I ordered. Really disappointed, but it?s a new location so maybe it will improve withtime. Giving 5 star solely because of the young lady who took my order this evening between 6 -7pm. I wasn't able to get her name but... I'm hoping she'll see this. After a long week, mental exhaustion and hunger we stopped at Popeyes to get something quick to go.I asked for a condiment that didn't go with a dish I ordered. I realized my error only after I returned to my hotel room but thepoint is, this person who took my order went out of her way to be kind even though great service was enough and even though theywere extremely busy at the time. Our order was filled quickly and efficiently as well. I just wanted her to know that herkindness was noticed and appreciated! - 2-piece mild chicken combo with coleslaw was crunchy and delish.
