First walked in and the person taking our order didn't even SPEAK to us, so terrible customer service there. Almost everyone who... ordered had something left out of their order or had the wrong order Then we got OUR order and they shorted us a burger Myfrappe tasted like vodka for some reason??? Not gonna lie don?t know how this place isn?t closed down. The food is usually cold not cooked correct they ?open? at 6 am but... really even 45 minutes after there is nobody in site, seems like there is new managers and employees every other week. Don?twaste your time, just go to the McDonald?s near the hospital for way faster service! Read more
Ordered adult and kid Happy Meals and filet of fish. No Happy Meals. So ordered Quarter pounder with cheese, Filet of fish, lg... fry. Got a bag with plain Cheeseburger. Brought to employees attention. Employee argued until receipt presented. Then got aquarter pounder, fries, cold Filet of fish on a stale bun with a partial slice of cheese on the side of the sandwich and not onthe sandwich. Disgusting! Don't mind paying more because of inflation and hire wages but you need to hire employees who aresmarter than a French fry. Reviews at the restaurant are poor and have been for a long time. They charged me for a shake they couldn't make, didn't offer a refund for the shake. The staff was a bunch of knuckle dragger... females that yelled and made me think I was buying a burger in the ghetto. Ten out of ten avoid. Burger king is only 2 blocksaway. Just go there. Read more
