I never had Lazeez until today and it was the best Indian food I ever had. I went with a takeout and everything was still hot... and fresh when I picked it up. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Makhani, Vegetable Samosa and Garlic Naan. I highly recommend them. Iwill definitely get food from them again. Read more
Ambience is alright. Samosa chat was delicious. Chicken tikka makhani was good. Karahi chicken was less than average. But, the... reason for the two stars is: They automatically add a service charge to the bill. They say it?s not gratuity but a servicecharge (then proceeded to mention that some desi people only leave $1 tip, that?s why they add service charge).because theyprovide service? Or gratuity? I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet, but get delivery/take-out fairly regularly. I really love this place, I have never had... anything from here that wasn't delicious. There are some great Indian places in the area but this is the spot I get from mostoften. Highly recommended Read more

Seems like the days of getting a nice buffet in downtown Albany are over. Had to order from menu which I'm not too broken up... about. It is mainly the food quality, customer service and portion size which I found annoying. Seems like a pint of Aloo Gobigoes for 11.99 before tip. Ugh. I can make a succulent meal at home for pennies on the dollar. What am I paying for exactly?Convenience or nostalgia is my guess. Certainly wasn't ambience. Went there with high expectations but was disappointed. It?s a bangal restaurant so don?t be expecting Pakistani flavors. We... only had appetizers and knew it?s not worth to spend more money. Place was gloomy and the guy at the counter wasn?t friendly atall and was very unwelcoming. Read more
