I add my 2 cents concerning the Five Guys at Colonie Center near Albany NY. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We had a... small hiccup with our order and they took care of it, without question. Wonderful people working. Super quick and easy to order! GREAT food and honestly some of the best music I've heard for a... restaurant! (Green Day and Weezer and a few others!) We order from the colonie center mall (Albany NY) we tend to order a lot because we have a big family. Never once have we ever... experienced any rude employees, had any issues with the exception of last night. The place was super busy so it wasunderstandable. I want to commend the manager on duty he was extremely apologetic went above and beyond to fix my order thathad 1 burger missing and other that was wrong. He is so patient with his employees and never shows his frustration but wants tohelp them be good at their job. So shout out to this man ... thank you for your patience, understanding and giving extracustomer service. This time of year everyone is stressed, busy etc and the world needs more of this!
