Just bought a large chi before work, after charging me for a large they handed me a medium and refused to fix the order and... publicly shamed me infront of other costumers. I?m a frequent costumer at this location and was completely thrown off by theirreaction to me informing them I received the wrong drink. They legit scammed me out of my money Read more

Honestly I would not recommend going here if you have a dairy allergy.. they will substitute for whatever milk they have on hand... instead of letting the customers know they are out of requested milk alternatives. Read more

I?ve been going to this store for 3 years Monday through Friday religiously and ever since they hired this older lady a few... months back she has messed up every order I place. If she?s on food the food it messed up if she?s on the register she?s tuningit out wrong if she?s making the drinks she?s making it wrong. When you try to talk to her about it she had an attitude. I?vewitness her argue with multiple customers over her wrong doing. The store could have no line but because of her mistakes theyend up being backed up. I spend the minimum of $85 a week at this location and I?ve spoke to the staff about her and you cantell it?s frustrating them when they have to continuously fix her mistakes. Tbh idk how she is still employed there. I hope shecan get extra training in her performance and mannerism. I will no longer do buisness with this location after 3 years ofpurchasing food because of her. Read more

Usually would never complain or write a bad review unless it was well deserved. I tipped 2 dollars before even speaking to... anyone, to just be nice. I ask the lady nicely about dunkin's tea options. Gentleman interrupted to list the tea options, than Iinterrupted asking if they do tea lattes. He looked at me angrily for a good 5 seconds in silence, and I tried to apologize.Than ignored me, so I continued talking to the lady (with the point of being sweet, because I understand as I work in retail).Ended up making my order, for him to make it. I said thank you, and he ignored me. Food ended up tasting like soap. Reallypetty. But didnt feel like asking for a new sandwich, because I didn't want him to possibly spit in my food. Stop taking thingspersonally! I was being as sweet as i possibly can, and ended up with food i couldnt eat. :( Read more

Service was not respectful by staff. Dear owner or corporate administration, Please train your staff to respect customers by... addressing them as ?sir?, ma?am, ?Ms.? etc. It so overwhelming disrespectful to address customers and strangers as ? honey??sweetie? and ?hun?. It?s way to familiar and inappropriate for the workplace. Please offer your staff some professionaldevelopment. I love Dunkin? Donut?s products, but the professional is cringe worthy and non-existent. Yuck! Read more

Always have to wait for the workers to come out of the office to see me waiting by the register or to come out to see that I... have a mobile on the go order. Once I actually had to ask a worker to change her gloves before making my food cause her handswere touching the wall as she was leaning talking to the manager. I don?t ever order food from this location anymore because Ican?t trust the proper sanitation is occurring. Nothing is the same at this location ever since covid- all the workers aredifferent- not very friendly. Read more
