I ordered a medium 5 sugar 5 cream when I got my coffee it wasn't even warm it was cold

Order and get from any other duncan. Even a kindergartner named duncan can do a better job. I work at the airport and end up... eating here more often than i would like and everytime something goes wrong. How do you forget the cheese on a bacon egg andcheese. This is not the matter of service this is the matter of taste every single day have different taste of coffee mostly I order... medium hot coffee 4 sugar and 3 cream but the taste different every day I think the honor have to take action and retrain theemployees. Great food and service for a most reasonable price.
It's 5 am on 10/16/2022 and the not so Young Man working was sitting on his phone and cackling my son wanted something to eat... and the man working proceeded to tell me that all of the bagels and the croissants that are sitting on the shelf right in frontof us are thawing and he doesn't want to mess that up. Then proceeded to tell several other people he couldn't make certainthings obviously seems like he only wanted to hand people stuff and take their money. I'm sorry I'm not one to leave reviews butI worked at Duncan when I was 16 as one should and now I run my own business in my late 20s I'm always one to give credit wordsdue I know that it's pretty early but the line this morning for TSA was the longest I had ever seen it and he easily just whileI was standing there costed the company hundreds of dollars completely negating him being there.
