Place still is horrible. Wish I could give it 0. They should just take this Dunkin out of the gas station seriously. If only you... knew what they were doing behind the scenes. I am absolutely disgusted, and infuriated by this location. When i drove through the drive through this morning there was a... dunkin employee smoking a cigarette out back by the drive through lane. This is the same employee that met me at the window tohand me my food order. The entire bag of food smelled of smoked cigarette, it was repulsive and unsanitary. Furthermore thehash browns were still half cold and the bagels were stale. I frequent this location because it is next to my work, and thepast several days have consistently had stale bagels. Today will be the last time i go here, and i am genuinely unsatisfied andwould implore the dunkin donuts Corporation to take some action to reference the quality of their franchise. I wouldn?t recommend going here. Nobody wears their mask correctly especially the manager, she always has the mask on her chin... why does she work there if she doesn?t wear a mask? Everybody always looks lost. The tall guy with dreads is ok his phone when Iwalked up and took 7 minutes to realize I was standing there. Then I went to stand and wait for my food and the manager doesn?thave her mask on, she doesn?t have the right footwear for work either I looked down to see her have slides on making my food.This place is disgusting , needs to be shut down by the health department . Excellent service and a team that?s dedicated to their customers. I stop by every morning for coffee on my way to work. They... know my order often without me even having to tell them. They know my name and they greet me with a smile. They?re alwaysfriendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend the store to anybody. There's a guy that works here with the dirtiest finger nails I've ever seen, it looks like he was digging holes in the ground... with his finger nails. Today is the 3rd time I've come to this location and seen it and at this point I am so grossed out by itI turned around and chose not to purchase anything.
