Do not buy the packaged Cinnabon?s!!!! Very disappointed!!!! Purchased 4 classic Cinnabon?s w 3 extra frosting. Initially I... wanted the ones unpackaged as I was sure they would be fresh. Associate behind the counter convinced me buying the packaged oneswas the same and that he just made them fresh today..... definitely was not the case! They where hard and dry as saw dust!!! Iwas passing through town and live 3 hours away from location so I was unable to return to the store and tell him he definitelywas lying!!! My friend wanted to purchase a gift card and they told her they do not sell gift cards. After contacting the company about the... issue they sold her a gift card electronically and apologized saying there should be no reason they denied selling her a giftcard. When I went to redeem the gift card they said they would not be able to take it because of a deal they made with the mallto not sell or accept gift cards. I've never heard of such a thing and now I have a gift card I have cannot be redeem at thislocation. Is there some kind of fraud or scamming going on in that location that they are forcing their customers to only paycash? They wouldn't let me use my credit card there either. In my experience this is your staff ripping off the company bymaking people pay cash so they don't have to ring in all the sales and put the money in their pocket instead. Read more
