I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to them as an amazing treat. The 6 pack I purchase today however were definitely... not fresh. I almost immediately noticed the off yellow color of the frosting once I got home, and once I heated and tried to eatone I'm positive these weren't fresh. They tasted days old. For $16 I expect fresh, not your leftovers from the day before???? Read more

Menu price for additional toppings were confusing ($1.18 for pecans and caramel toppings, not $.59 as sign indicates). But tasty... and sweet as usual. Not recommended for those on a diet nor diabetics! Read more

Every time we are at crossgates we purchase a 6 pack of your buns.Drive an hour to buy them. Always good! The 6 pack we... purchased Sunday, Jan 5th are raw in the middle. They are not baked enough and the middle is just uncooked dough. It tastesawful. If we purchase again, we’ll have to open the pack and check to see if baked all the way. Hopefully buns in the futureare baked correctly so I don’t throw away 1/2 of my buns. Costs too much to throw away. Read more

More times than not the Classic Cinnabon I love since childhood is undercooked and gooey. I’ve worked for Cinnabon and know... that they are not baking the rolls long enough. When it is cooked properly it’s amazing and when it’s undercooked I regretpurchasing and vow to not take the chance again. It’s gross when the dough isn’t cooked thoroughly. I think customersdon’t mind waiting for a quality product, it’s never worth the rush. Read more

I ordered a pack of 6 cinnabons last night. My order never came, the driver never called my number if they had a question about... directions....even though I provide detailed information in additional information section. I live on a main street so my homeis easy to find. Online I tracked my order which read that my order had been successfully delivered! I didn't get my food so Ihad to call grubhub and wait for them to call the driver. Apparently the driver gave my food to the wrong person at an entirelyseperate address! I'm so sick of these restaurants packaging our food and not caring what happens after it leaves the store aswell. The stores feel like they did their part once the order leaves and that's untrue. You pay for grubhub delivery service.You choose to conduct business with grubhub in order to have a delivery service, therfore you are responsible. That's soannoying, looking forward to receiving food or a service and being let down. Driver's sometimes skip out with customer's foodtoo. If it's something they enjoy and it's their last delivery, they will steal and lie. It's happened before! It's not fair andit's rude! Now Cinnabon decided not to deliver to my address as if I did something wrong! This was a blessing in disquise. I amdisgusted with this business. Read more

I've visited this location a few times and have always walked away satisfied. The staff is professional and the cinnamon buns... are to die for! I highly recommend "Center of the Roll." Perhaps one day the ownership will get Bob Odenkirk to stop by? ;-) Read more
