I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to them as an amazing treat. The 6 pack I purchase today however were definitely... not fresh. I almost immediately noticed the off yellow color of the frosting once I got home, and once I heated and tried to eatone I'm positive these weren't fresh. They tasted days old. Every time we are at crossgates we purchase a 6 pack of your buns.Drive an hour to buy them. Always good! The 6 pack we... purchased Sunday, Jan 5th are raw in the middle. They are not baked enough and the middle is just uncooked dough. It tastesawful. If we purchase again, we’ll have to open the pack and check to see if baked all the way. Hopefully buns in the futureare baked correctly so I don’t throw away 1/2 of my buns. Costs too much to throw away. Read more
More times than not the Classic Cinnabon I love since childhood is undercooked and gooey. I’ve worked for Cinnabon and know... that they are not baking the rolls long enough. When it is cooked properly it’s amazing and when it’s undercooked I regretpurchasing and vow to not take the chance again. It’s gross when the dough isn’t cooked thoroughly. I think customersdon’t mind waiting for a quality product, it’s never worth the rush. Read more
