The bathrooms were down, the door was smashed, the drink machine was down. The lady taking our order told my friend to "grow... some balls" and other rude comments about the temperature in the restaurant. Read more
The woman at the counter was terribly rude and even though the restaurant was still open for another 2 hours and the line was... full, she told me after making me wait in line for 15 minutes that the lobby was closed, then had the audacity to ask for abribe! Terrible place, the building is damaged including 2 broken doors, the place looks dirty and I can't even speak on how thefood is considering I didn't get any. Read more
This place is not around the corner, but it's the only one closest to me. I admit I crave a Burger sometimes so I decided to... take the drive to get a Whopper. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order got up to the window greeted the employee andhanded her my card. She proceeded to ask me if I had cash! I never carry cash, I only carry my bank card. So I didn't get myWhopper! Here's the best part, this isn't the first time it's happened. The first time it happened I was nearby and just decidedto stop. I hate to say it, but their food beats other fast food restaurants. Low prices decent portion size. Good variety as well.
I ordered plain cheeseburger and a large fry for my 7yr old. Got the bag and it was cold. I asked to have my order remade fresh.... I received the bag back within 60 seconds and the bag was hot. I reached in and my hand got burned. The burger and fries wereput in the microwave! My hand IS STILL red! What if I had just handed the entire bag to my son? This is so unacceptable!! Ihave made a call & left a message for the district manager. The people were extremely rude like I had nerve for being politeand asking for my order to be fixed. I'm not sure what happen to the crew that use to be there but these new faces are not it. Ivisit this location daily and it's a shame that ppl that are representing this location. Read more
I can't remember the name of the attendant who took my order, she was a black lady in the forties, she was very helpful and... respectful. She is the star of the staff there. The place is dirter than it should be, door handles are off, fountain drinkmachine is off! Read more
