I love getting my salad here, but the last two times I have gone to this location (6 months apart), I have been disappointed... with my order. I order online because I'm usually passing through the area. My protein of choice is chicken cutlets, andsometimes I order extra. Today, and the last time I ordered, I found grilled chicken in my salad, making me completely insane. Idid not order grilled chicken AT ALL. Why then am I finding it in my food??? I do not like grilled chicken and it ruins thetaste of my salad. Also, I had ordered my dressing ON THE SIDE, because I had a 30+ minute drive back to my house. The dressingwas not on the side, it was on the salad. I had also ordered extra dressing, which was not included and I had to go back insideto get it. I would have had them completely remake my order when I noticed the dressing was not on the side, but I had to getback from my lunch by a certain time. I did not know there was grilled chicken in my salad until I drove 30 minutes back to myhouse. I am extremely frustrated with the New Scotland Ave, Albany location for screwing up my last two orders. I would givethem two stars, but I love my CORRECT salad bowl enough to give them three. Read more
Don't waste your time here. Apparently they don't care about the quality of there food when it goes out the door. We ordered... there signature dish the Fredo and it had no fredo sauce. Just pesto and alot of greesy oil. The bread sticks were the size of apretzel and almost as hard. The Stuyvesant plaza store is much better. Read more
I got a small salad and apparently u only are allowed 3 toppings I asked to pay extra for One more and she kept repeating how... it's only allowed 3 toppings I asked 2 more times if I could pay extra for an extra topping and she said she would give it to methis Time. Hospitality over service im big on and honestly she put a bad taste in my mouth to not wanna come back or Atleastthis location cus it was never that serious. But I like the food not the employees. I just love their food. However, I'm changing my rating. I come here once a week and I always order the same thing. However, I... always noticed that the same staff always laughing at me every time I come here. I just ordered from here. A bucket of I tossed noodles, tasteless meatballs, frozen debatable. Paid extra for sausage I did not... receive. The frozen breadsticks were so dry, maybe if you didn?t forget the marinara or my drink I could have washed it down. Iordered a soda and received a cup. Great place for a bite. The pasta bowls are a fantastic deal and you get to customize it how you like it. Steak can take a... little longer since they often make it fresh for the dish but other meats are ready to go and seem to be made on site. Read more
