Even as a consumer going in to just get something small I felt valued. These places that cater mostly in the B2B world can be... so rude sometimes; not the case at B&G. When I asked I question about a piece of equipment I was thinking of purchasing in thefuture, they dropped everything and really took the time to get me good information.
