Quick courteous service????. Very good housekeeping including the exterior????. I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me so I called and was told that online shuts down at 8:30 pm and that I could just... come in and order which would be quicker than the drive thru. Food was good service in zaxbys in Albany Ga is still suffering from the closures during covid. Service is slow and workers act... like they hate their jobs or working because the company needs them not them needing a job. So sad to see. Read more

We did the drivethru as it was busy and dining room full. Our order was spicy chicken sandwich with fries and fried chicken... salad w 2 lemonade. Chicken on sandwich wasn't spicy but was a huge thick portion of chicken so it was overlooked,.. my saladwas supposed to have fried chicken but was given grilled (ya' know think i like the grilled better!!)
