I want to let all know that this Mickey D's has the friendliest people around. I don't eat out much so that's why I gave it a 3... star on taste. I like home cooked food. I always get my mom food from all the fast food joints in town, so I know who's nice,and like I said, they were friendly. Keep up the smiles, it makes a positive difference ???? PS. In from out of town for a cross country event and this was the best customer service we've had in awhile! Took my daughter in... for breakfast after the meet on Saturday morning and George, the manager (I presume since his shirt was blue), waited on us frombeginning to end. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. Grateful for a good customer service experience! Read more
Fries where soggy, staff was rude but finally accommodating after we got their attention. Had to go back because they forgot the... apple slices in both of our happy meals we had to bang on the window to get the staffs attention to get the apple slices. Andthis took a few minutes as the guys were laughing and didnt want to come back to the wi dow. It was about 10:30 pm or so. Theyclaimed they had run out of all burgers and where only serving fried foods.They were out of Sprite and Tea so we asked for theorange hi c and got orange Fanta instead. They fish sandwiches we got were under cooked which caused the person who ate them astomach ache. Over all the customer service was about a 1 or a 2 and they got that rating because they showed up for work. Notimpressed. Read more
Perfect Fries served today! Nostalgic. Haven?t been to the Golden Arches in years. Last time I patronized a McDonalds the fries... were HORRIBLE. Flash forward years later, I decided to stop at this location. Threw caution to the wind for a small fry andSprite. TODAY they taste just like they did decades ago. Perfect crisp. Perfect fluffiness on the inside. Right amount of saltand just the right temperature! They were fresh and perfect. I tried to contact the Albany Ga location on Dawson rd and it was no response. Phone number listed is not a working number. I... purchased about 26.00 worth of food and these two strawberry cream pies you can?t EVEN BREAK them nor BITE them . They are OLDand So HARD I may have broken a tooth. These were my favorite ones but unfortunately with this happening I don?t even think Iwant them EVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. My kids love McDonald?s but I have never had any great experiences. McDonald's does not have a $1 $2 $3 bundle. It's actually more. This doesn't include tax????the nuggets are overcooked & old.... Had to go back & return the food. Read more
How is this acceptable? Went through drive through and straight home.. Fries half empty... BigMac looks like it was sat on by an... employee before it was threw in the bag and shoved through the drive through window at me... I no longer go inside since using a Kiosk is frustrating. But you just can't beat the drive-thru efficiency. I get the fish... with no sauce (too messy to eat and drive) and fries. My indulgence when traveling by car. Ladies bathroom was acceptable. Read more
